Include SOARD in Your Will or Estate Plan
A legacy gift is one of the most meaningful gifts you can make. By naming Sunshine on a Ranney Day in your estate plan, you ensure that children with special needs will continue to receive life-changing room makeovers for generations to come.
Every family's situation is different. We recommend talking with your financial advisor or estate attorney to find the giving strategy that is most beneficial for your circumstances.
- A gift in your will or trust. Leave a specific amount, a percentage, or the residue of your estate to SOARD.
- Retirement accounts. Name SOARD as a full or partial beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement plan.
- Life insurance. Name SOARD as a beneficiary of a new or existing policy.
- Donor-advised funds. Name SOARD as the successor beneficiary of your DAF.
- Bank and investment accounts. Add SOARD as a payable-on-death or transfer-on-death beneficiary.
