07SMS Terms
SOARD Reveal Alerts is a text program for SOARD staff and volunteers only. We do not text the public, and the Site never asks visitors for a phone number. A staff member adds a mobile number to the alert list only with its owner's agreement, and the first text confirms it.
- What you get: Texts when a live room reveal has a problem and when it is fixed, when the check an hour before a reveal runs, and when a reveal goes live and is confirmed working. Message frequency varies with how many reveals we hold, usually a few texts per reveal.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. SOARD does not charge for texts.
- Opting out: Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will get one confirmation text and no more messages. Reply START to rejoin.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@soardcharity.com or (770) 990-2434.
- Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for marketing. See the Text Messages section of our Privacy Policy.
