Murphy-Harpst Children's Center in Cedartown, Georgia provides residential treatment and foster care for some of the state's most vulnerable children — youth who have experienced severe abuse, neglect, and trauma. SOARD renovated living spaces on their 160-acre campus, creating environments where children in state custody can feel safe, supported, and at home during their healing journey.
